At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sparkling water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all components, including CO2 cylinders and bottles, are safely included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
